This one's special. My friend (BLM) and I (BRD) were duoing BST pets in Vunkerl Inlet [S] just kind of fucking around on Vent, talking Alabama football and getting some exp for him, when he gets a tell from this guy asking if he can join our "burn pt." He says no, since we're not interested in some random coming to kill exp. He shows up anyway with his flag up, telling us in /s chat, "you seem to have a nice little setup here, I hate it when BLMs don't help each other out." We kindly direct him to another camp close by when he says, "I can't solo these pets, I need a pt." Frankly if you can't solo BST pets, you suck too bad to be leveling BLM. Anyway, my friend finally invites him and promptly D2's him back to oblivion, and he sat in Sandy [S] with his flag up for like an hour. I think he just does a /sea all BLM for his level range and pounces on anyone soloing.

I get pretty annoyed when BLMs ask to join with me and my boyfriend, as well. We level together because we have a good rhythm at this point, and we don't need someone else coming to fuck that up. Not only that, but we have vent and some random dude doesn't.

When I do having my friend there on her BRD, we're not planning on staying up there for hours on end, we're only up there for an hour or two to get a quick buffer or a merit. *shrug* I don't like being asked if you could join because it makes it seem like we're obligated to stay till they're done gimping up the exp.

reminds me of when i was lvling blm in aydeewa and some lvl 68 blm comes to the blu pond camp(this is like, 60-66 lvl lol) kills mobs i tell him to move to the higher lvl camp, he Q.Qs and gets his buddies to kill the qiqirns untill i leave. Btw i called gm and they said it wasnt greifing lol..

Actions, yes; This dude is a moron - but his gear doesn't seem to be out of place... Maybe Druids Slops if you're being picky, and probably a black coat/AF hat if he wasn't getting resists, but overall his gear seems fine for the level. Yeah, he's missing an ele torque, but thats the only thing wrong here. I used a Stole myself for pre-pendant nuking before I got my Prudence Torque.

Seriously. One time when I was running a tele-taxi in Whitegate, I got a BLU that was actually wearing a Scorpion Harness! I congratulated him on actually wearing accuracy gear, but he told me that he was getting rid of it in favor of AF body @ 58 (he was 57) because he was hitting often enough.

I wish parsers were legal so I could tell people like that how much they're missing in parties, I hate when people underperform because they refuse to make some relatively cheap ugrades.
