While I have seen the avalon body on his TP'ing mnk, and i totally disagree on its usage,I'm still calling town gear. The guy has a Rajas, a flame ring, and alky bracelets. The askar/acc rings show that its clearly not his WS build. He has a pcc and a tiphia (notice the lamia bow thing). so I'm sure he's not melee'ing in that shit either.

TOwn gear is town gear. You catch a screen shot of him melee'in int ath, and maybe i'll change my mind.
