I have been working out a lot more than usual recently, and was wondering if it would be beneficial to add a diet pill into my regime. I've read about a couple of them, but it seems like every different brand has mixed results from the customers. Even the really expensive ones don't have consistent good results.
I know that alot of you here work out a ton and are real fitness buffs, so would you recommend a diet pill at all? And if so, which do you find to be the best one? I'm not looking into shelling out a TON of money on them either (for example Orovo is $80+ and that's way too much for me).
