Seriously. I saw Dean find his mom in the coffin and was just like "Good, now he has no reason to stay behi--- WHAT THE FUCK HE'S DEAD TOO?!"

Well I wasn't expecting that lol, so much for the third brother joining in!
The website spoiled the episode for me when I checked lastweek what day it was back on, kind of annoying, but whatever. Knew he was bound to die, but I thought they might have stretched it out for atleast 2 episodes. Was a cool episode though, nice to have some episodes without the seals and angels vs demons shit.
I disagree. The last one was cool, but for the most part the episodes focusing on the angels have been far more boring to me. Too much story and not enough ass kicking.
It's like we had to endure the entire boring episode to see an angel(Who I strongly doubt is actually Castiel...) kick demon ass in little girl form.
Oh, and the story progression bit at the end. Next week looks.. interesting, to say the absolute least.
Spoiler: show
I think Dean may get angelic powers, but it's going to be a last-ditch kind of deal to stop Lucifer, I doubt it will be permanent, since people don't "become angels" with the show's mythology.. angels were, and are, and will be. They're not made.
[Edit: So many good moments in this episode... don't want to spoil them all for west coasters, and the "SOON" at the end of the last two episodes... bad ass!]
Awesome episode. Man I feel bad for Jimmy. The whole episode was depressing and fucked up but those seem to be the best ones. There were some big game changing moments tonight as well.
I'm already pretty sure how this season ends since I've read some stuff about next year but I'm still looking forward to it.
Damn upcoming stuff looks epic
The upcoming preview was amazing. It sucks I gotta work that night... I'll just torrent it the next morning I suppose!
Was studying for finals, so I opted not to watch it on thursday and just downloaded it since I was coming home the next day, and watched it, but didn't get to see the previews![]()
Here's a link to the preview, but the title has the titles of the last two episodes...which could be considered spoilers!
Spoiler: show
I miss the traditional supernatural episodes, can't wait for this whole angel vs demons thing to end![]()
Yeah, really. Too bad it probably won't end, what with next(last) season likely being ever deeper angel vs. demon shit. I really wish they'd never introduced angels, honestly. This whole battle for the seals thing is boring and not fun. Wtb more supernatural hunting cases.
Also, another pretty shitty episode. All talk and no play. I was hoping that Sam vs. Lillith confrontation would be this episode, or at least the Angels turning Dean thing; guess they're saving every single climactic thing for the finale.
Spoiler: show
I liked the episode, most likely saving all the action for the finale this was just the build up to it
My speculation for next week...
Spoiler: show
All I can gather with this is that your attention span is so low that you can't appreciate any good development.
You get to see a LOT of development this episode, especially on Sam's feelings about the demon blood, his mission and Dean. The lack of action (ohnoes, my attention span!) was more than acceptable for the good development.
I will admit, I miss the supernatural hunting lessons, but after 3 seasons what's left that we haven't seen? Probably a lot, but I bet there won't be anything that we haven't seen the method of killing already.
People complain about "filler" episodes then others complain about the storyline episodes. There have been bad episodes and some weak sub plots, but this plot is setting up something epic. Besides, when it comes to bad guys, who's badder than the Devil? If they wrapped up this season then the next one will suck, unless they wind up taking out angels (don't see that happening yet) and/or the so-called corruption in heaven. That sounds a little convoluted though.
Oh I'm not saying I don't like storyline episodes, but it just feels like, it's starting to get a little unbalanced. But that's probably because I'm actually only watching 1 episode a week now and it's right at the end of the season, which means lots of story.
I'm spoiled by being able to watch like 3-5 supernatural episodes in a row every day![]()
