Looking at Ifrit AH, it looks like those items are selling for more than I'd have expected.

Not entirely true. Last week we went to Castle Oztroja [S] and there were no mobs with swords by their names, we scouted the whole castle, and just killed Stronghold NM instead because we didn't want to walk away disappointed.

Everytime I was in La Vaule, there were campaign mobs there w/o campaign. Guess I just got "lucky". Also, watch the campaign text when you're in town. Every so often it'll say "Xxxxx have been dispatched to LaVaule/CastleO/Bead." Should heed to those areas then and try to mow down some campaign mobs whether there is an actual Campaign battle going on or not.

It looks like its -8%. I don't think I've ever seen an item in FFXI that has a static number for magic or physical damage down.

Great Axe that double attacks in Campaign, has VIT +8, dmg taken -8%, and DMG: 88.

what do you guys normally I have DD sub for this, I tried /nin seemed decent we lost first time cause of ninja tank, and /thf, and /war seem kinda dangerous for it, also would drg or sam be recommended?

/NIN is definitely the best idea. The tank is going to lose hate at times due to the TP spam, and he can one-shot pretty much anyone without shadows. BTW, NIN/DRK _can_ tank this, but it requires a turtle build so a PLD/NIN with Atonement is a much better tank.

DRG is good. It's nice to have one DD for whom hate isn't a concern, though there's plenty of time if you just want to have all your DDs take it slowly.

Wolf I went DRG to all but 1 of the 13 runs I did last week and it worked very well. Having 5/5 Angon was especially nice as well. I abused the hell out of my Super Jump though

Your sub depends on your support. If you have the backline for it /Sam is fun, but /Nin is a lot safer.

Sounds good, then Do you know if Arm Block will prevent or overwrite angon though?

I don't think it does. I used Angon before Arm Block and got the "wears off" message about a min later.

I mean obviously, sash and mantle and such are great rewards, but the message we got for winning was weird, something like not everything goes according to plan, but a win is a win? I dunno, was always windy before sandy unlocked the ops.

Sandy has control of all it's areas. Campaign mobs are usually up. I was there for a few hours after tally on Sunday. While allied forces werent there, I couldnt pull shit because it would link. Had to wait until campaign actually started to pull mobs off the allied forces.
