The two people in the party, and not in any alliance where both from Sandy and both had the Ops.

You can get the ops at the lowest rank, but you have to be from Sandy.

Any advice for taking over La Vaule other then throwing a lot of people at it? Whenever I go with a few friends we can barely get the bar to drop.

The person I talked to briefly about it in LS mentioned that rank mattered. So many even if you have the ops, you can't get in w/o a certain rank? That would seem pretty cryptic though...

So there is no trigger to trade to get in? It's just fulfill some requirement and you can entire with ops?

If rank mattered they wouldn't be able to get the ops to begin with.

Everyone needs the campaign ops mission - you need relatively high rank for this but I don't know which.

Everyone also needs a TRIGGER dropped by orcs in the area. I'm told the entrance ones will work. Everyone needs one, not just the initial trader.

The BC is a 2 parter. First part is just 1 strong NM orc. I don't know which job. My friend tells me you pull it to the entrance because as long as it's in the middle, it keeps calling more helpers would can overwhelm you. It has a very strong frontal AoE.

At some point, probably when this nm dies, 2 pld and 1 blm orc NM spawn. Beating this will get you a chest. Witch Sash and Wise Strap are possible drops known. His setup he uses relies a lot of BLUs, I'm assuming for head butt.

I tried to transfer from Windy to Sandy and my rank was too low so no dice for me.

Well, this totally sucks. Most of the people I know are not high Campaign rank at all, or not Sandorian alligned.

What is the trigger item needed? And since everyone needs to get one, I'm assuming its not a key item of some sort. Sounds like somethign similar to bugboy item

I'd be really surprised if it wasn't a misunderstanding and the trigger item is the key item we were talking about on the last page. By saying everyone needs it they might just mean similar to the Astral Candescence BC, everyone in the PT gets the key item randomly when a mob dies, but if someone shows up late who wasn't in the PT for it they can't enter the BC unless you farm up another.

# New stronghold Notorious Monsters have been added to the Beastman Confederate.
Defeating these NMs will lower the defensive capabilities of strongholds under beastman control.

Working towards those stronghold BCNMs should do a lot, especially since those boxes the NMs drop also add to the positive stats of your nation (skill, resources, etc).

Other than that, it's probably all just doing the campaigns.
