Stats on items from those BCNM's generally don't match the quality of the item. Also it was part of the last update with PW.

Well, everyone NA side is almost exclusively focusing on AV, no one has even tested PW.

Prolly is the campaign ops thing b/c Odin finally got Sandy control of La'Vaule.

Is that a JP LS selling it? i HIGHLY doubt its from campaign op stuff, since its been in since june patch and thats when PW was introduced, pretty sure its off PW, maybe some JP killed it?

Need to talk with the other LSs but, the mule it's on Ophion is an HNM LS mule, just not sure which one. Reason I don't think it's PW drop is if I had just gotten that and decided to sell a PW drop, it would not be only 28M
