Actually, it's very easy to avoid xp loss at the end of JoL. You can kill JoL then immediately run away from the spot and AV will actually pop white and not aggro anyone, like Jailer of Justice.

I usually just disband, and our Avs have been instant aggro >_>.. And yeah I'm a bad player for not wanting to die to AV.
