So it builds up a 90% reduction to Souleater damage now? If a D11 club with crappy attack could hit it for 20 it might be killable by a uber LS conventionally if it doesn't spam wipe moves.

The fact you guys are taking it down that far with shitty weapons isn't bad at all. Wonder how much real weapons will do now. Praise be to SE for not nerfing souleater as a whole, but lol @ them changing AV because we did indeed beat up their precious baby.

It's not fake, I would've had screenshots but my power just went out. KC Drks were hitting for 18-20ish, they took it down to about 88% and then souleater wore.

This. Should've taken filters off before they started fighting, but oh well. It dropped to 88/89% very fast... then it just kinda stopped dead. Used 2 or 3 2 hours, first was call wyvern, second meikyo i think? But definitely didn't stick to the "one 2 hour every 60 second" thing. Couple of ls mates had filters off, by the time it 89% KC hits and drains were doing 10-20 like zhan said. Was just absolutely pitiful.

Back to the drawing board i guess, grats to those who managed to sneak in a few kills at least.

yeah, I too am very interested in seeing SAM, MNK, DRK (non kraken), Mandau THF if possible (lol) damage on this. We are farming to finish our set atm but not exactly sure if we'll get a chance to pop / attempt today ><; we shall see

The 20 damage was because of souleater most likely. Without it would have been all 0's is my guess.

Well all of you who wanted it not be a zerg fight got your wish. I hope all of you can waste your own pop sets and find a real solution now thanks.

The worst part is now AV is 100% pop so we'll have to deal with that bullshit after every JoL. Thanks everyone who wanted this nerfed. We can't have people killing AV.

Before all the zerg attempts, I remember there was an LS that said they took him pretty far down with SC/MB of day of the week, and the only thing that did stop their progress was AV soul voicing. They took it to the 70s if I recall.

If you guys want a lead, that is a pretty good one. We can figure out AV I'm sure, considering he's 100% now.

For what its worth, we did a zerg attempt last night in anticipation of this nerf. We got it to 38% as it did 3 of the stun aoes and aeroga4 at which point we wiped.

However, I was in the ally on blm nuking to thundersday to try and keep regen off and I put out 2500 dmg before all the drks went down. burst2, ga3, 2 T4s and a T3. Burst2 did almost 800 w/out rairin obi on.

He might be buffed as usual though. Soul Eater, brd songs, good weapons, nice stats, etc. 20dmg sounds about right, but I never studied drks and all that.

Mad props to whomever figures out the 'legit' strategy. However I shall not be helping with this endeavor as I will be spending my time more constructively by manufacturing a pipe bomb.
