Apparently there is a cosplay gathering on the 7th about 20 minutes from Fanfest. If my RDM AF2 cosplay actually gets completed on schedule(probably not :/) I think it'd be fun to go. I've never done cosplaying before so I think it'd be neat. :D

One downer about Skill Chains is that the end damage can wind up being less than the total of either Weapon Skill, or if a weaker damage WS closes, that too gimps the Skill Chain damage.
Make Skill Chain damage a sum of damage from every Weapon Skill involved, with an additional damage modified by elemental correlation.
If the minimum Chain damage is never less than the total of all the Skills involved, no one will feel like they've wasted their time waiting to perform a Skill Chain.
Should tell them to make another Salvage dungeon strictly for farming alexandrite (similar to limbus coin farm runs) where you still have objectives to do ect ect except its for alex D:
some1 ask them if the can input actual values on equipment instead of the "enhance so&so effect".
I'd also like to know if they'll add more throwing weapons in the game to enhance melee jobs.
For example. And WAR/DRK/NIN/THF got Bomb Core and Fire Bomblet. And mages got Hedgehog Bomb. I wouldn't mind seeing more items for other jobs for a better Variety. Enmity throwing item for PLD would be hot.
JSE Throwing Items/Grips anyone? >.>
you say that like camping sandworm isn't the funnest thing ever
Never fought sandworm xD
MNK. Grips. PLEASE. ; ;
None I hope (except maybe some obsessed career BLMs), with MND affecting quite a few spells such as cures, stoneskin, slow (&slow2), some blu spells, several ws' both mage and non-mage, chi blast, (I don't think anyone ever proved para-mind relation conclusively due to para's random nature?), and a lot of stuff I probably forget off the top of my head.
Large MP pool really isn't THAT useful outside of convert and cs nuke situations, it's more about rapid recovery.
I would rather they increased the total cap on Attribute upgrades, but made the cost prohibitively high, say increase it to 10 upgrades total, with per attribute cap 5, but instead of having the counter start at 3-6-9... per attribute category, have it go 3-6-9-9-9-12 etc. for the total category, stopping at 20 (or more?) making it possible for those obsessive enough to upgrade it further. (it would of course create the need to increase the cap for how many merit points you can have unused, but I don't see the problem with that anyway for anything but a "natural" regulation of party duration/camp occupation).
And some similar increase for hp/mp merits ( I know that contradicts my earlier statement about max mp not being THAT useful, but it would be NICE!)
They gave us an increase in combat merits and magic merits, which was very nice of course, and I can see the reasoning in not letting people go way way too ape and getting too strong, but at the same time, people can only play one job at the time anyway, and with the exception of scholar and rdm, no jobs that i can think of would be THAT affected by being allowed to merit multiple magic categories, it would be a little harder in the melee category where some jobs (like war) have a massive repertoire of weapons they can use to varying degrees of efficiency, but would it really be that big a problem?
Throwing weapon skills are waay late coming!
Storable merits up to 20!?
And TierII DNC merits would be hawt, or atleast our missing 5th Tier 1 option
I mean H2H is a fucking 2handed weapon.. why wouldn't it get the buff. Oh wait, then all the gimp SAMs, WARs, and DRGs would moan and cry because MNK's WS aren't always missing 5/8 hits on AF and won't be forced to use sushi. THE HORROR.
/rant
Glad I'm not the only one though;;
trying to equip grips on H2H gives you an error message like "sorry, but grips don't work with this 2H weapon"
it made me rage when they added grips. that, and the trick that let you use grips barehanded
