Smallville Season 8

Well season 8 is only 2 days away? Anyone else excited? I hadn't seen much since season 3/4 and didn't know they had brought Justice League into the picture so currently catching up (thank you videostic.com) for the season premier! Only half of season 7 to go!

Meh, it hasn't been that amazing lately. Justice League parts are cool, but too few to keep it fun. It's been alright to watch but some episodes have been really boring with everyone being the same lame self. Most characters aren't that interesting so no real development over a long time is /doze.

I'm excited for this, though I'm more excited for when the episode ends and the new episode of Supernatural comes on.

smallville has been meh since the end of high school, maybe due in part to I graduate at that same time.

Well reading the Wiki it's been revealed that there will be NO Lex Luthor, how much fail is that? Lionel is already dead and that sucks.

Well reading the Wiki it's been revealed that there will be NO Lex Luthor, how much fail is that? Lionel is already dead and that sucks.

michael rosenbaum and I think kristen kruek left the show, but rosenbaum said he might return for a couple spots during the season i think.

The way they're bringing in Doomsday is downright terrible. Giving him backstory (even though at this point Doomsday background has been revealed, but it wasn't til years after he had killed Superman), kind of defeats the entire point of the character in the first place.

I'm pretty excited, it hasn't been as good the last few seasons but still better than most of the trash on TV these days. (Hole in the Wall?) Kristin Kreuk was hot but her character got SO annoying towards the end that I'm glad she's gone, I'm sad to see Lex gone though he's a badass.

Apparently there is a love tiangle with Doomsday. Lol. He doesn't start off as doomsday. Starts off as just some regular guy. THen is turned into doomsday. I can't wait to see how bad that is gonna be. I stopped watching 3/4ths of the way through season 7, and with Alfred Goughes (sp) and Miles Miller (sp again?) leaving the show I dunno how well it is going to fare. We'll see though

My wife is a big Supernatural fan and also a hue comics geek so we'll catch episodes from time to time. They seem to have really jumped the shark in the last season or two. Hopefully the ship starts to right itself and they allow Clark to realize the world as a whole needs saving and not just Kansas.
