Smallville returns March 12th. There are only 8 episodes left and they decided to split them equally airing 4 episodes in 4 weeks and then a three week break before airing the last 4 episodes with the Season Finale on on May 14th.

Well Smallville returns this week with what will have to be some sort of alternate reality/dream storyline where Clark reveals his identity to the world...

Supposedly two people die in this seasons finale. One "vet" and one "not so much". Supposed to be a death that sticks.

Chloe/Doomsdays guy.
Lana/Doomsdays guy.

The people from the future tell Lana that she is going to accomplish very important things that will be remembered far in the future. Unless being an annoying whiny bitch is all the sudden memorable it would seem she needs to survive for a while to come. Even if they don't show what things Lana does in the show they have to leave her alive so she can supposedly be doing things on her own time away from Clark.

Signs point to Chloe... let's face it, how many vets are left on the show? The season 1 cast was Tom Welling, Michael Rosenbaum, Kristin Kreuk, Allison Mack, Sam Jones III, the dude that played Whitney, John Schneider and Annette O'Toole. Who's left? Just TW & AM. TW isn't going to die (or if he is, it isn't going to "stick").. so all signs point to AM/Chloe.

I thought the episode last night was really awesome, although I'm getting really tired of the whole people finding out about Clark only to have memories erased later. This time I felt it was well executed at least, and it's about time Doomsday was brought back. I'm sick of the teasers of barely using him and hope he has roles in the rest of this season's episodes. The previews for next though, oh my God....I can't wait for that episode!

I thought it was a good episode. Chloe got what she deserves. Next week's episode looks good but knowing the way this series is we won't get to see much.

Earlier this year, it was being teased that something big was going to happen on/near the season finale...something that fans have wanted for a long time. Everyone pretty much figured clark was going to fly... unfortunately it's not the case... the real "Surprise" is

The return of the justice league and the construction of their "headquarters" as the Isis foundation will no longer be used. Also as it has been said, two characters are going to die in the finale, one of which is considered a "vet" to the show and this death is going to stick (no bs lana death come back to life crap)

Yeah. I think it'll be Chloe and Davis/Doomsday that'll be the two that die. I can't see anyone else really biting the bullet. If it has been given another season, they can't kill Tess off.

Also, the Justice League? Seriously? They keep shitting all over the Supes comic left and right. :/ I'll admit that I liked the Justice League idea early on, but now it's just sort ob blahzeh.

Michael Ausiello from Entertainment Weekly. He said Legion, but most believe it was a mistake and its actually Justice League because there is a new Watchtower set being built to replace the Isis foundation which is tying into the season finale as it is a base for the Justice League.

Judging by last night's episode, I wouldn't be surprised if Jimmy and Davis were the ones to be killed this season. From what we know right now, they have no qualms with killing off people important to canon Superman (Lex), and I just don't see killing Chloe as making any sense. The way I see it, is that they are setting up Jimmy to be the tragic hero. I think his campaign against Bloomesday(™) will eventually be his undoing. Also, compared to people like Tess/Davis, I would consider him to be a vet to the show.

Haha. Nice, very nice. Don't know how I've never thought of that, and I dunno. I don't really consider Jimmy to be a vet of the show just yet, just like I don't think Lex is really dead. Then again, Smallville has been awful for a while, so eh. Who knows.
