I'm broke. I'm trying to buy a VCR but nobody sells them anymore.
Well, the opening just went through and the top 4 characters are Clark, Chloe, Lois, and Jimmy. Also, a couple new characters, and the Green Arrow, so that's cool. No Lana = win. No Lex though = D:
This show is still on? I think I stopped watching like 5 years ago ... I did like it, but I dunno if I can bring myself to catch up on all those seasons though
I was getting sick of Lex so I'm glad he's not a major player. Green Arrow being in the opening credits gives me hope that there will be more Justice League and thus a more interesting season. Also Clark in glasses made me think we'll get to "real" superman stuff instead of his way too long coming-of-age story that has been the case so far, even if that was the original intent of the show.
But my TV was cutting off edges so I'm waiting to download the show, rather not only watch 85% of the show.
Well so far it isn't bad. I won't say anything due to spoilers or anything, but I am looking forward to more of the season.
episode was pimp.. the end was the best
Probably best season premiere that Smallville has ever had.
I caught myself going wtf a few times. but overall it was good. more JL= ok by me. the glasses will probably be because clark becomes a reporter for the daily planet. And is that mercer chick supposed to be mercy graves?
I have no clue. I'm hoping he assumes a "Secret identity" and has to use the glasses for it. Not to mention some Lois/Clark interactions.
Looks like after 8 seasons they're finally getting ready to turn Clark into superman.
I liked the premiere, better than last season's episodes that's for sure.
Kind of sucks that Lex isn't around, but I bet they'll find him eventually and he'll still be around here and there.
Awesome season premiere...so glad that annoying bitch Lana is out of the picture (one can hope, right? Or are they really going to rekindle the Lana & Clark annoying back and forth bullshit once again?)
I'm tired of people losing their memories lol, when they first showed Clark in this episode the first thing I was thinking was that he wouldn't remember anything, since he was lifting the crates normally.
I suppose the whole 'onoes i lost my powers.....again' angle was okay, but it's still overused.
They seriously need to come up with new ideas for this show, or just wrap it up already.
Started off decent enough and then hit the shitter. The ending was the typical Smallville soap opera with Chloe and Jimmy. What is this, the 10th time that Clark lost his powers?
Wait, superman isn't gay!?!?
Yeah, I meant Lois
What's weird is that in all these seasons, I couldn't imagine them two together because their personality mismatched so much. Someone like him didn't seem like he'd be with someone like her. But then in this episode, Clark was acting out of character somewhat (in a good way) and with his new attitude, I can now see them two being together.
