Yeah agreed that this was a meh episode. They really should've done something better, being that we had to wait a few weeks for it and then way last episode ended.

That's what I was wondering. I would have electrocuted the crap out of him or tried to kill him with fire or something. I missed the very end of the episode though D: digital TV signal went out for some reason and it took me a while to realize that and switch to analog antenna.

I don't think it was THAT bad, considering some of the other Smallville episodes we've seen. I think without Alfred Goughs and Miles Miller, the show is doing pretty good, and having read some of the upcoming episode synopsis, they're pushing Clark more and more towards his destiny. This show is just extra for me. What I really can't wait to come back is Fringe, and Lost. :D

Yeah, I'll fully agree with you there. If they continue with the show for another season, which I think they are going to, if ratings keep up...they really ought to put it in. I mean, wasn't Clark around this age when he first became superman in the comics? I realize Smallville does Supes a little different, but come on, he's what now like 24?

No flying and no cape/suit is because of Gough/Miller, so it's possible they add it in with them gone. But we may never see flying if ratings are going poorly as I believe it costs extra to put flight into it.

As was said above, this is just extra for me. I don't expect anything amazing out of this, honestly I wouldn't expect much amazing stuff out of anything superman, seems a bit too "easy" considering how OP he is against earthlings, but it can often be an enjoyable way to spend 40min.
