Anime you think would make a good game...

The closest I've seen that could be considered "good" is one of the Bleach fighting games for the DS, and that wasn't good, it was just playable. What're some good anime games? I can't say I've paid much attention to them, but the only ones I've seen have been God awful.

Nah, I got to disagree with you on that one, Kia. The second version (JP only, although I think it's coming out in the NA soon) was awesome. The NA version of the first game I heard got butchered a lot and took some players out due to NA lagging behind the story. The second game was actually very complex when it came to advanced combos, so that's pretty much all you want from a fighting game. I'd give a B+

I think I played the Japanese one (was the newest one at the time and iirc it hadn't been released in the US yet), just seemed.. kinda stale to me I guess. I'll give whichever is the newest now a shot when I'm next bored. What was the deal with the 2 different areas to fight on in each battle too? Seemed pointless other than to make fighting 2 opponents at a time a tad easier.

Because the game can have 4players out at the same time, all being controlled by someone. It's a lot less hectic that way, and takes out some random factors.

Ah good point, I didn't even think about 2v2's and such. I need to give it another shot, 'cause when I played it it didn't seem half as fun as JUS for multiplayer.

I personally would like to see a decent Bleach console game. Maybe take the DS game and add nice graphics and 4-player online support, so you pretty much get Bleach + Castle Crashers.
Don't think they've ever made an Air Gear game, but it'd probably be like Jet Set Radio Future with a battle-mode and no spray paint tagging.

A while back I thought about making a Pokemon-style game based on the second story arc of Twelve Kingdoms using RPG maker.

Needless to say, it wasn't such a good idea.

There was a Trigun MMO supposed to come out, yes. Due to the falling popularity of Trigun by the time they got through planning I believe the idea sunk on its own. It wouldn't have been good anyway so just as well.

With the the technology available to games nowadays, a "wander around the solar system catching Bounties" type of Cowboy Bebop game could work well.

Add in a combat system that gives you extra damage for landing hits in time with the music, and you'd be golden.
