He's a nice guy. I've only dealt with him a small number of times. He never left a bad taste in my mouth. (Sometimes you just gotta suck off a Taru!) I've heard that some people think that his method of gameplay is questionable. I've seen his BLM wandering around from time to time and I'm a /check-a-holic. I've never really seen him in anything too wacky.

Arch Dominus is easily one of the oldest shells on Bismarck. They've done plenty of end-game shit. I'm not entirely sure how they operate anymore. A lot of my old friends in AD left the game a year or two ago. Almost all the old core members are gone or don't play frequently. I don't know how long he's been with them but he should have a hefty amount of experience under his belt.

This is going to turn into a flame fest about spelling (It always does) but Rambus knows his shit, inside and out despite what some see and assume from what they read on forums. I have merited with Rambus many times and have talked to him day in and day out since coming to Bismarck some time ago. I have said this many times but I am in the minority because of what I say. He is not a bad dude in game or out, I get the whole "Ughh I hate him on KI" or the whole "Ughhh I cant stand teh wa ye he tydpes", but that has no bearing on his play skill and/or helpfulness to your LS.

If you were to ask me I would vouch for him any day of the week. I do not know the circumstances in which he left but he has been online less and less frequently in recent months so to speak. But again I am sure to be in the minority with my opinions but he's a cool dude that is more than competent and skilled. Very likable and funny as well. I used to poke fun at him also in Flamewars a few years back as well, but then I got to know him personally in forums, messenger and party with him and it completely changed my skewed POV.

I know I am currently only a trial member in Chroma but I'm going to post here anyways. Rambus is a very good player, if anyone is wondering about his spelling, he is dyslexic. He does try as best as he can to make as much sense as possible, and not getting into a linkshell because of that is a bad, bad reason.

Onto his gear choices; as for his BLM, his gear is perfect, he knows what he is doing, etc. His other jobs, while not geared as well as his BLM, are fairly well geared. His main problem is his inventory space (i've seen it, he has literally 1 slot open in either his inventory or his mog house), which is the biggest reason his gear choices for some jobs may seem "whacky".

As for any other comments about obscure gear/merits, they are hearsay. It was said that he merited Quake II and Stone Potency, which I know to be entirely untrue.

His reputation on Seraph is unfortunately bad, I am unsure why, but since he moved to Bismarck his skill has improved a lot. Having played with him myself, he is a good addition to any linkshell.

I've only met him once, and he was geared normally, and didn't take it too much when I was screwing around with him, he's kinda legendary! He was soloing an Arrapago or something at the time. Seems pretty cool!

Salvage or Assault? If it was Salvage, I was the one soloing the run, he was force d/cing for me. If it was Assault, I was leeching points for Salvage.

Can't really say much about the guy, I messed around with him sending him random /tells from a mule (I don't know him and he doesn't know me, I just felt like screwing with him I guess).
And I learned Asuran Claws with him (and several others) on my BLU when it first came out, those are the only times I had any interaction with him though.

Nothing much to say, close from perfect gear on BLM (Macha's coat about to be upgraded, Z.mitts+1), problem to talk (shouldn't blame him on that.), great dualboxing skill, he can be bitchy at times, nothing overwhelming though.

Rambus is an online buddy of mine. Although his spelling is fishy and sometimes does suck. If you take a moment to put meaning together. You'll realize what a informative person he is.

You're not getting just some other guy. Rambus knows his stuff and would be a valuable asset.
