[Bismarck] Rambus (bc)

I know I am currently only a trial member in Chroma but I'm going to post here anyways. Rambus is a very good player, if anyone is wondering about his spelling, he is dyslexic. He does try as best as he can to make as much sense as possible, and not getting into a linkshell because of that is a bad, bad reason.

Onto his gear choices; as for his BLM, his gear is perfect, he knows what he is doing, etc. His other jobs, while not geared as well as his BLM, are fairly well geared. His main problem is his inventory space (i've seen it, he has literally 1 slot open in either his inventory or his mog house), which is the biggest reason his gear choices for some jobs may seem "whacky".

As for any other comments about obscure gear/merits, they are hearsay. It was said that he merited Quake II and Stone Potency, which I know to be entirely untrue.

His reputation on Seraph is unfortunately bad, I am unsure why, but since he moved to Bismarck his skill has improved a lot. Having played with him myself, he is a good addition to any linkshell.

That's the main reason people don't like him/think he's a shit player. I'd love to know where this rumour of him meriting Stone Potency/Quake II came from.. :/

I agree with everyone when they say he can't spell. He really cant ! Never the less Hes a very experienced player, reliable , knows how to play his role which ever job he may be on. I don think i can stress this enough when i say (Skillchain) (master) , i do encourage you to ask loves to share information and help others out . He would be a great addition to any ls. Do you like it when you dont have to ask someone to do the simple stuff that you expect from them (blm)? sleepgas , stuns , MB'n , hate management. Bottom line its a trial see what he has to offer , you will not be dissapointed.

I agree with most of the other people if you only know him from reading his KI posts then he doesn't seem like the brightest guy out there. If you actually talk to him in game though and see him play you realize pretty quick that he's extremely good at his jobs and for some reason his spelling never seemed as bad in game as it is on the forums.

He's very well geared on all his jobs, especially blm, and his mule and plays all his jobs extremely well. He can be a bit stubborn at times (especially if you're discussing blm) but I mean really who doesn't? Overall very good player and a good guy would be a great addition.

You almost seem to be confusing him with Kerberoz. From the rare occasion I actually played with Rambus in the first few months on Bismarck I can account for him being more than competent on BLM. He might have spouted some total bullshit and made a dick of himself back in the day on KI, but gues what? That was like two years ago if not more - you really don't have any authority to comment on his playstyle over the people in this topic who have actually encountered him in-game (not just referring to myself here), especially considering you allegedly quit playing FFXI regularly months ago.

(By the way, I find it amusing that someone can be so hypocritical as to publically call Sonomaa - what was it? - "an idiot with a grudge", and then less than two weeks later decide to follow up some personal vendetta against me by thinly disguising your snipes as being related to my post in this BC. Get over yourself. Shouldn't "people like you" be intelligent enough to not engage in this sort of pettiness anyway?)

If any mod deletes this post or part of it I'd appreciate it if you'd delete the unconstructive and blatant provocation in the above post as well.
