I usually just play with Izzy for a couple of hours. I did accept invite with some dude (forgot his name) and we just decorated the pod because I was in the mood to be a huge fag.

What's the maximum amount of people that can play on a level? Four? I'll play with Izzy tonight so there will be two spots open ^O^/

FYI - If any of you haven't heard, there is a gamebreaking glitch out there. It is gamebreaking in that the only way to fix it is to delete your gamesave and start over. It essentially comes about when you create a BIG GD WHEEL that spins uber fast. If your sackperson hits it they get slammed into a wall and an endless cycle of death ensues... that follows you back to your Pod. Only solution, delete game save.

I copied my game save over to a 2nd Profile just to be safe.

Couldn't you just turn off your system without saving and it'd be fine? It'd be better than being paranoid every time you see a spinning wheel atleast.

Haha, well who knows. Best case... they patch it somehow. I have yet to see a level with something in it like that. So far everyone is encountering it in Creation Mode.

Also, here are the new costumes coming out in Japan this week. I wonder if we see them in the US or Europe.

And I dunno, for a gamebreaking glitch, it seems like it has a lot of "if"s and "maybe"s. It seems like it looks like it takes a lot of going out of the way to recreate, and I'd assume you could probably fix it by shutting down without saving.

Also, can anyone tell me how to ace First Steps? >.> I've tried it with 2 people more than once now with me not dying and it still wont give me the ace (i guess NOONE is allowed to die to get an ace)

shoe sticker at beginning drops a bird over the bridge that makes you drop and self kill yourself, just finish without dying and youll be fine

You would assume so right Rokku? But no luck I guess? I don't see how that WOULDN'T work though... but so far only deleting your game save seems to fix it. I would just HAVE to assume though that that is only if you were dumb enough to let it save first... so your solution seems logical.

Either way, i don't plan on making any Speedy Death Wheels.

Yeah. I'm sure if someone pointed it out to MM though, they'd figure out what was wrong and patch it. I can't even fathom what would cause an endless cycle of death when you did something that normally wouldn't kill you.

On one hand I can't say that i mind a lot of the Mario/Sonic/Metal Gear/Assassin's Creed/ETC. levels going away. It did get a bit old, a bit fast, seeing nothing but 'remakes' for a while during the beta. In the official launch the 'remakes' were replaced for a while with the Trophy Levels... but not for long.

I have nothing against a good remake i guess... i mean Geosautus's God of War themed level was amazing. The Japanese creator's level that is a Gradius Homage is GENIUS. I guess i would just like to see more originality. I want to see what these people can do with a more original idea... something that is theirs.

Another thought... they are releasing these game character costumes in PSN. Are people NOT going to think to create a Metal Gear level when they have (and others have) purchased the Old Snake Costume?

Then there is of course the many people complaining that their level was deleted for no discernible reason. Nothing offensive, nothing infringing... just gone. Makes you wonder how much the Moderators are truly looking into the levels when they get reported as inappropriate.

Of course, the first few levels I assumed would be gone (God of War, Terra's Theme) were still there. I didn't actually try to play them though, so who knows... perhaps they wouldn't have loaded.

It's a little disappointing to me to be honest. Yea it did get annoying seeing so many pacman and donkey kong levels but the thought that they(were told to?) deleted things that werent for obscenities is upsetting. No way MM couldnt expect people to make tribute levels, so argh.

Yeah... i only half understand it all. Lets kinda promote other kickass games by offering kinda kickass costumes, but yoink any level that remotely looks/plays/smells like those levels. Only HALF get it.

From what i am reading MM is trying to figure out how to better communicate with the player when the level is flagged/going to be removed:

We have been looking into the current issues surrounding the moderation of LittleBigPlanet levels, as it is clear that we're not currently going far enough to inform users who have had a creation moderated why the action was necessary. We are moving towards a system whereby rather than receiving a generic message any affected user will also receive an indication of what was found to be infringing on the EULA. We're additionally looking to provide clear, plain language directions on what is and is not acceptable to be published through the game.

Until these changes come in, my official recommendation is that any creations you publish do not infringe on any copyright or otherwise include language or imagery that is not suitable for an audience of all ages. We'll have more comprehensive guidelines soon, but for now the EULA states the following :

You agree that you will not create, transfer, share, send, submit or upload any User Generated Content that:
(a) is protected by copyright, patent, trademark or trade secret or otherwise subject to third-party proprietary rights, including but not limited to rights of privacy and publicity (unless you are or have permission from the rightful owner);
(b) contains fraudulent statements or misrepresentations that could damage SCE or any third party;
(c) contains any statements or materials that disparage, ridicule or scorn SCE or any third party;
(d) is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, predatory, pornographic, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would violate any law or is otherwise inappropriate;
(e) is an advertisement or solicitation of business;
(f) is an impersonation of another person; or
(g) violates any of the rules of Online Conduct, other terms of this Agreement, terms of the PSN Terms of Service and Usage Agreement or any other terms related to this game

For the time being, if you believe your level has been moderated and you don't know why please contact me via private message including the level title and your PSN ID and I'll investigate

Maybe we can still get things like a Green Hill Zone themed level as long as it isnt a direct rip of the game.

Also I'm wondering if that means the end of musical levels.

In other news... if you haven't yet, you OWE it to yourself to search for and find "EarthMusic". The level is created by a Japanese player. The level has "EarthMusic" in its name and the rest in Japanese. The Creator's name is also EarthMusic... so shouldn't be hard to find.

This one is a brain ruiner. There are some pretty great puzzles in it, so check it out! A very long level too. One of the best by far if you ask me.

Played some today at my friends. This JP level I came across where you get on this boat and it gets wrecked by a shark. It's really water based, and pretty damn neat.
