Dark Ixion/Sandworm Shared Timer?

After 20+ days in a row of camping non stop of course a few maintenance's were in there, has anyone else noticed that if Ixion and Sandworm times are close has anyone ever seen both up at same time. I noticed a trend. On day 5 Sandworm had gone past 25hr mark and Ixion was being fought. The second Ixion died Sandworm spawned right in front of me in North Gustaberg. The next day same thing happened the second Ixion died Sandworm poped in Sauromugue Champaign. So putting the question to the community at large if anyone has ever physically seen both up at same time if windows overlapped?

Awhile back I saw them both up in Ronfaure at the same time.

Random game is random. We've held both Ixion/SW's at the same time to manipulate the ToDs, so no.
