I followed his instructions on the sidebar and when you upload videos they automatically are submitted with HD possibilities, you might need to wait a few mins after it uploads for the HD option to pop up.

This video is amazing. It's extremely mellow and really shows of the beauty of FFXI's areas. The time-lapse is extremely cool, especially the Riverne one at 7:15.
