Lakeview Terrace
It's a movie with Samuel L Jackson and there isn't a topic about it? Movie was funny as hell for all the wrong reasons but I still enjoyed it. Sammy definitely plays a good antagonist. I've also been in several interracial relationships so me and my current g/f definitely could relate to this movie although I doubt we'll never be put in such an extreme situation. Had a good conversation after it too about people's opinions on interracial dating which I feel should be more embraced if it's someone you're truly attracted to.

I'll change yer fuckin rate you derivative piece of shit
I just can't look at the poster or commercials without thinking the real plot is "you live next to a black guy, what's the worst that can happen?" and then you see the worst that can happen. The fact that he's a cop is lost on my racist eyes apparently.

I wasnt really sure about this one, the plot seemed lame for a sam l movie, I'll probably give it a go later on.

Banned.
Well, Samuel L Jackson did also play an antagonist cop in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (Officer Frank Tenpenny) (who bought drugs etc and was the final boss). That cop was giving C.J. (Carl Johnson) in the game an almost similar situation, where he'd blackmail him etc, and give him no where to run with his record because he was a cop.

As long as he says "MOTHERFUCKER!" every10 mins or so I'm sold.

If you're a fan of Jackson, this movie is worth watching for the crazy ass facial expressions he does throughout the whole thing. He pretty much carried the whole movie in my opinion and a lot of scenes were funny as hell when they really shouldn't of been because of the way he acts. Ending I felt was rushed and a bit cliche though but most folks can tell how a movie like that is gonna end when it's wrote to play with the audience's emotions.

judging from the previews this movie's story looks dumb... (prove me wrong?)

Wouldn't say the movie's gonna blow you away but I've definitely seen much worse this year. If you're on the fence about seeing it, then don't because you probably already made your expectations for the movie and the ending was predictable although a bit funny for the wrong reason.
To be honest I forgot all about it until my g/f suggested we go see it. Was either this or Mirrors and imo Horror movies are just incredibly cliche. Moreso than some other genres. Could just wait for it to come out on Redbox in a couple of months.
