Before I forget, you could also include Gyre-Carlin on the list. Diremite NM from Pso'Xja (drops Rikonodo), I think it's only been seen a few times on all servers. I've seen the Nyzul Isle version (and gotten the drop, lol!), but the regular one is just vanishingly rare.

Actually camped that bitch a few times. I have a Nyzul Isle static that probably worries about me being able to identify each and every single NM in a run and tell you where it spawns at normally. >_>

Yeah, only once though. Was camping Padfoot and saw him up in widescan. Was even easier than Colorful Leshy which I find interesting. As you can see though, no drops. :/
