First, and I can't believe no one said this before, have you ever been to a Fan Festival? Cause they NEVER let us play with anything cool, yeah SCH and DNC first that was fun...with no AF, no good gear, and almost no spells. Helix/Weather spells were left out. Why would you EVER think they'd let us play with the new weapons lol? We've never even been able to touch a relic let alone AF2. They stick you with shitty AF and a crap weapon for any event.

Meh, I'll ignore Fairy's drama queens I seem to be attracting. But anywho, what else could they do for fanfest as their "big thing"? I was thinking that they'd probably let us play with the mythic weapons. They let us play with like 7 of them at the summit.

It was really just a hopeful guess.

I will point out that I kinda find it entertaining that I have over 200 posts without a problem and then a couple of fairy emo queens who took it personally that I left, find out who I was from their server (as if it were a big secret) and incessantly point out that I ditched them for a more productive environment. Now, all of a sudden anything I post is "bad" and "stupid" because I transferred from Fairy.

Isn't it a little strange that a few loudmouths from Fairy are the ONLY people that have a problem with me. And these SAME people are generally considered rejects of the server?

Why all the drama? I'm just posting ideas here and there, and trying to have some fun discussions. I'm not the one posting in other people's threads trying to intentionally derail the thread and make personal attacks.

Seriously, what did I do again? And has the world gone mad? I have yet to see anyone provide any proof that I've ever done ANYTHING. MPK, Claim hack, Steal, Pos Hack, Flee Hack. I've admitted to calling GMs on people that cheat and they've gotten banned. Is that really the underlying reason for these attacks?

I post a thread about Treasure Hunter and I get "needs more data". If some random drama queen says something bad about me, I would think "needs more data" would be appropriate. Other than the screenshots people circulated of GMs attending some of my events (and I don't see what's so bad about that), I've never seen anyone have any proof that I've stolen, cheated, or MPKed. Just people trying to get attention and feel like they are accomplishing something by putting me down.

I'm a really nice person and I try to do a lot to help other people. When I'm not available to help someone directly, I've always done my best to point them in the right direction. If you don't want to be my friend that's fine but people who don't know me shouldn't be talking bad about me. I can be quirky just like anyone and I have a really really strange sense of humor (I'm a huge fan of satire). Other /b/tards here will know what I'm talking about.

I don't think I should have to prove I'm a good person to anyone. I think if anything, someone else should have to prove I'm a bad person. Nobody in the history of FFXI has or ever will be able to do this because it won't happen Thanks for trying though. Maybe next year

You mean like when Thunderblaze and Toth are making childish personal attacks at other players. Particularly, newer players? Yeah, sometimes I stuck up for them and said they should leave those people alone. I don't recall being the only one that had a problem with them making these kinds of attacks.

I only was on Fairy for a couple years with a job other than BST at 75. I've been on Odin for for over a year with several jobs at 75. Nobody on Odin seems to have these a problem with me. I think the larger player base snuffs out anyone trying to be an attention whore at someone else's expense and I think Odin may just have less of a tolerance for it all together.

If I would have know that making a big social linkshell could have backfired like this I'd have never done it in the first place. I never wanted to be famous or important. I just want to make friends and have fun playing a great game

But it isn't a little strange that only 4 or 5 people from Fairy, none of whom I actually have ever met (other than Toth), plus a couple of people who are just trying to fit in, are talking bad about me from a server I left over a year ago whereas nobody on Odin is doing this?

Hmm, oh well not my problem anymore. You people on Fairy have made your bed and now you have to lie in it. You just have to deal with that. It's a shame to see a few bad apples, who also happen to be very noisy apples, can spoil the bunch because there are a lot of really great people on Fairy. You shouldn't try to assume you can speak for them.
