    TP Affecting Multihit WS Accuracy

    I'm wondering if there has been any well-documented tests or exeriments on "Accuracy varies with TP" /w multihit WS. Below I listed the WS I could come up /w off the top of my head. I'm more interested in tests /w WS on the lower portion of the list (more hits.) It's been shown and tested that fTP only affects the first hit of a WS, regardless of it being a multihit or not. Despite this, there are mulit-hit WS which have "Damage varies by TP" in their description which only affect the first hit.

    What I'd like to know is if there is any strong evidence or proof that "Accuracy varies by TP" is affected by all hits.

    Because I know it'll be mentioned, it's been observed and proven that at least some WS have high accuracy for their first hit. (ie; Tachi: Gekko.) I'd like to not include gorgets or gorget tests in this discussion. Instead I'd like to focus on the WS innate accuracy at 100 TP and at 300 TP. I'd also like to stray away from 1-3 hit WS, and concentrate more on the 5-8 hit WS.

    True Strike - 1
    Sidewinder/Slughot - 1
    Blast Arrow/Blast Shot - 2
    Tachi: Rana -3?(This is supposed to be acc, not damage, right?)
    Swift Blade - 3
    Decimation - 3
    Pentathrust - 5?(Was this changed?)
    Blade: Ku - 5
    Dancing Edge - 5
    Asuran Fists - 8

    True Strike is chance of critical not acc increase.

    Yes, Penta Thrust is acc varies with TP, Tachi: Rana is also supposed to be acc varies with TP.

    Did penta used to be damage varies with TP or am I imagining things?

    yeah, it used to be damage varies with tp, its now accuracy.

    During the 2H update Penta was changed to ACC Varies with TP (In addition, we also received a second ACC bonus trait).

    Kirschy, how do you propose the ACC on these WS be tested?

    Find a monster with high evasion, tweak your gear until you have 50% accuracy, then WS 100 or so times and separately check how many of the first hits hit and how many of the non-first hits hit?

    Correct. Skewer was also changed from acc varies with TP to critical chance varies with TP.

    Sounds like I would need to have a parse in order to check the 50% Accuracy. Or can I keep adding gear till I hit the border between No comment on EVAs and High EVAs (Using checks).

    You need 50 less accuracy than their evasion on an EM to have 50% hit rate, and 4 more accuracy for every level they are above you.
