Haha, on that train, I've done something similar. I was helping a newbie WHM get through Ranguemont Pass for their SMN quest, and I figured I'd just aggro everything on the way and zone. That went perfectly as planned, but coming back through (can't remember why we didn't warp/tele, I must have been subbing DRK or something) I decided to do the same thing but forgot that I'd have to get the door opened somehow, and was unable to do it without getting owned. I was lagged so bad with 50 mobs on me that I couldn't even get into the menu to cure myself, and I ate dirt. Thankfully, the WHM was able to Raise (I) me, but wow I felt like a tard.

Didn't get pics of it, but somewhat related in that our 2nd Salvage run we didn't notice the whole thing about not silencing Ziz, SAM Gekko's it and it goes buckwild on all the melees, lol.

That became kind've a joke after we found out. Which, when you have someone new and able to silence, that becomes a problem...

That reminds me, I once did Salvage on SAM (doesn't happen often) and I pretty much always say in /p to not silence/guillo/gekko the Ziz and first thing I did when I engaged one was Gekko it >_>
