Nope, I just saw the warp anmiation go off and I figured, "Oh, it said 'Aksannyi vanishes,' I survived!" And then a second later I was face down in the fucking sea.

Had to eat a home point, too, because everyone I know was busy or offline.

In that case, I'll share with you the wonders of my own "perma-invis" experience. The first time it happened to me, I took a video of it. If it happens just right for other people around you too, you'll be invisible to them also, but I normally didn't have witnesses because it usually happened while I was soloing.

I was running around in Mamook on BLM right after dinging 74 yesterday seeing if maybe there was a good raptor pet camp to blow up hiding back there somewhere. Was happily checking mamools and suddenly one that conned DC smashed me through Sneak and Invisible. I love discovering random non-NM mobs are true sight. Dropped me to 300 into the level after HPing. I have a feeling that is going to happen a lot and keep me as perma BLM74

I got the invisible dead thing last week, got smacked by Hydra in Nyzul right as I warped. Stayed invisible after RR and was running around that way for a few minutes.

BST 70-71 used to be almost as bad, just not quite so much XP to get. Probably better now there are the new expansions though.

I stuck it out soloing puddings as an elvaan with no mp merits. It would take everything I could throw at it to get one down and I had hardly any room for error with such strcit mp issues. Fun fun.

Cast Warp while targeting the npc, and talk to them at 95~98% on the cast.

People around you will be able to see your name, but not you, you can chat with them still, and when you finish the conversation you disappear.

Interesting twist: if you're in a party in this state, and someone tries to teleport you, the tele doesn't work, but your warp still will when you end convo. You can also do this trick with teleports.

That happened to me once a long time ago, was in a party that was leaving from jeuno (when people used to gather for party invites in jeuno) the whm started teleporting and I went to get signet. The whole pt disappeared and left me behind. The whm warped back to jeuno, and after I was done talking to the npc i disappeared and popped next to the party.
