I don't have a screenshot, but here's some fail to add to the pile: friend of mine got a D.cloth from ODS, lotted his shit and everyone passed. He runs out of inventory space just in time to watch his D.cloth fall to oblivion.

Just earlier today I lost my fished-up hydrogauge not once but TWICE due to a full inventory from fishing up a fish and forgetting to throw it out with 60/60 inv.

The lesson? Always check your inventory first!

BACKGROUND: I'm soloing xp on BLM in Aydeewa Subterrane. KV pops and although I'm not in an HNM shell, no one's really on so I'm asked to come help my friends.

Boyfriend: Come RDM/DRK we need you to Chainspell Stun.
Me: Okay, I'm out of MP to kill this mob, let me Manafont to kill it and I'll be right there.
Boyfriend: NO DON'T USE MANAFONT, You won't be able to CS Stun!
Me: Fuck me, I just did.
Boyfriend: ...

Everything turned out okay, as another RDM was able to come use their two hour and I helped with the kite, but it was pretty fucking fail on my part, chalk it up to being almost 3 AM.

I did this on one of my first Northlands runs. Entered late after work, and was trying to find people.... when all of a sudden Animated Dagger starts talking. I was like "Wtf? Oh... this is bad..." LS found it quite amusing.
