Windows Vista Networking Problem

In my apartment, there are 4 computers hooked up at once and two xbox 360's through a router. Everything was working fine untill I unplugged the modem and router today. When I replugged everything back in, the windows vista machines (other 3 computers besides mine) are all unable to connect.

They are getting Local Only (no internet) when connecting to a network and when I try to diagnose and repair they all say there is a problem with the DNS configuration and the connection wasn't able to reach Microsoft.com

Any suggestions?

mmm sometimes when you keep the router unpluged too long it can loose his config.

I don't know if you need a username/password to connect to the net, but might need to reconfigure the router.
