Hmmm... After a while of alternating between gear pieces and trying (I'd say testing, but it wasn't under controlled environments) out several pieces versus a Cobra set up, I now believe the set only gives, at best, M.acc+2 per piece after the first. The wiki page on Magic Acc says M.Acc+1 per piece after the first, but I'm not sure.
anyone know if the denali set bonus of increased acc applies to ranged acc as well? I would assume it does.
Nuke stuff basically. Figure out what unresisted damage is without a piece in that slot that would modify damage then add in the piece you want to test. Then go backwards through the magic damage equation with the known values and find out the difference between the two damage numbers.
EDIT: BAH GOD DAMNIT! You said M. Acc not M. Att.
M. Acc can be averaged over time from the number of times something lands (I don't think M. Acc effects procs) or (maybe) how long something sticks. Paralyze for example. It could also be done with nukes. Record all damage, checking for number of each level of resist, and only vary M. Acc without changing any other stats.
It would be like testing accuracy but it would probably take a lot longer.
Collecting the information would be relatively easy though if someone just parsed their damage while XPing.
Fourth haube set gives +1 att per piece?
Got the feet since I had legs for War WS, and figured I'd use feet while DW/Nin on Pld breaking Atonement, since no homam/not using shield, had nothing better to wear.
Well wasn't it tested that even IF your counter rate was ~50% if your acc was shit your counter rate would be skewed.Cunter only procs if the dice rolls that counter shouldactivate+you pass the acc vs mob's evasion check.
Mob Acc - Your Eva > Counter% > Your Acc - Mob Eva > Actual rate.
Mob has to land a hit, then you have to activate counter, then you have to land it.
The Fourth Haube Set Bonus increases in potency as you equip more of it.
For Goliard, it says that the Magic Defense Bonus added is 10%. If someone can back this up id very much appreciate it.
lolcobra. Tpl legs+1 and usu gloves have more counter than the entire set.
no one answered my question Q_Q
ill ask again 0_0!~
anyone know if the Denali set bonus is just physical accuracy? It would make sense to me for it to be also Ranged Accuracy. Not that I am really going to use the full set.... its just something I want to know.
Has there ever been a time when an item only said acc but it gave racc too?
