I just read the original topic, the owner is/was a 40 year old woman. Apparently the managers were supposed to be meeting with her today, but no updates in that thread. Oh, and the cat(s) are fine, as they were staying with relatives (of... the tenant, not their own... i assume but who knows).

I know a person who is sloppy, but he doesn't crap next to the tv or w/e. He is just dirty, one of those people you'd be ashamed to go to their house. However, the person is really nice, smart, hardworking, but fucking lazy to clean their shit up ;x

You know, I let some things slide too, like leaving a few bottles of water near the computer when I just don't feel like moving it, but for whatever reason, I actually enjoy cleaning.
