Downloading Videos from Youtube

Anyone have any tips for downloading videos from Youtube? I google'd some things and got a ton of ways. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

They all do exactly the same thing. Pick the downloader that annoys you least. I think there are several firefox extensions as well, if that's to your liking.

I use the firefox plug in UnPlug. After installing right-click the page playing the video you want.
Then save it as an FLV file. FLV player allows you to watch the videos you saved, though some media players can play FLV files as well.

I like this one. Half the ones I used made the song last 45 minutes somehow. Of course I could just be a complete idiot and used them wrong, not sure how, but I have my moments.

www.keepvid.com, save as the mp4 if you want the video or .flv if you just want the song.

If ypu saved the flv, download a freeflvtomp3 on download.com and you're set.

I just use RealPlayer 10. A tool tip pops up when the video starts loading and you just press it to download stuff. It can download from other sites too.
