linkshell helped put together a large effort to take over La Vaule this weekend. Woke up this morning and it belongs to us Started doing campaign around 6pm pst with about 60 people, and the number rose to about 100 people by 1am which was when I went to sleep. Go gilgamesh!

There are people on Pandemonium--Bastok in particular--who are interested in taking over zones. These are the same people who, before the last version update, campaigned for days on end to get at least one zone and keep Markets from being under attack. The problem is there's only so much 5-6 JPs and 2-3 NAs can do if they have to work and sleep.

It doesn't help that there seems to be an army of mindless zombies who wander over to Isabella every week and vote for preemptive strikes regardless of our current standing, instead of something useful like battleline preservation or even recon. So those people who actually care about taking over zones have about one or two days to fruitlessly attempt to take over Beadeaux before we completely lose influence in one or two of the zones we have, at which point it's either work on getting those back or just give up and say, "maybe next week".
