    Problem solved: got high speed. But as it turned out that bent wire was the problem. So far I'm loving my ISP lol I paid for 1 Mb/sec down and 256 Kb/sed up but I'm getting 3.5 Mb/sec down and 1.5 Mb/sec up... I dunno why but I f'ing love it
