Einherjar strategys tier 3

I don't know if this belongs here (if it doesn't please move it). My linkshell is having trouble with einherjar tier 3s was wondering what strategys are used to win einherjar tier 3s?

Ya I see info about bosses but we aren't having problems with the bosses only clearing all the mobs to have time to fight the bosses. I have heard of linkshells using SMN/BLM strategy or melee burn. We don't really know what to use to clear out the mobs fast egnough to leave us time for bosses.

I would browse through the tier3 threads to see on your own. The info on mobs and bosses are really just to give you an idea of what to expect.

As for blms/smns, i wouldnt do that Q.Q

The best approach I have found is have 3-4 solid melee burn parties, with adequate support.

Our group goes with 4 parties that are:

MeleeX3, whm, rdm brd. With the brds pairing up and swapping parties for 4 songs. We generally clear tier3 with about 5 min left.

Good pulling, enough people, and solid balanced damage = win.
