Kicker of the story is the guy is sad that he killed the criminal. I mean, damn. The guy has definitely won the Big Metal Clankers of the Year award... just for his decency and the fact he's a fucking 64 year old that strangled a guy 12 years younger than him with his bare hands

You choke until you their ability to struggle becomes weak, then you let off and they should pass out. If you wait til they stop moving then they are probably dead >_>b

Well going back and reading the report the coroner said he had a pre-existing heart problem and being choked caused him to go into cardiac arrest so the mans intention was probably to just make him pass out but the rapist had a heart attack and died.

Then again I know nothing about this kind of thing so I might be off base.
