Anyone know if there is a title change NPC for SCNM?

Just quick question, does anyone know if there is and where it is, if there is a Title Change NPC for the SCNM's. Specifically Disperser of Darkness.

I know its nothing too special, i just like it and dont want to lose it to a stupid title.

I don't know if there is, sorry. But I sure do wish that there was a popup y/n for accepting a new title or not. I hate it when my cool titles get overwritten by something stupid.

I hate having to run to the past to re-buy my Sandworm title. If nothing else, all titles should be offered from all bards.
