Recently reformatted and I find that right after installing the Drivers/Software for my Wireless Card it takes a few min for all my Network cards (Wireless+Ethernet) to load up after startup. It's a noticeable delay and it tends to lag everything else up with it.

The card itself is a Conceptronics 54Ri I never had this problem previously but it's started acting up now and it's pissing me off.

Windows loads and the "svchost.exe" Process has a blank "User Name" field for a few minutes, after which the usual "Network Service/System" headers kick in.

Using the latest drivers from the manufacturer off their site.

Seems installing the RaLink chipset drivers fixed it.
