He's just trying to get attention by distracting from the issue with desperate smear tactics. Because I got some strange reputation as a "tattle tale" for calling a few GMs on <pos>hacking, flee hacking, etc he thinks it makes me an easy target. Obviously, he's a republican. Attempting to have a rational discussion with one of their species isn't possible

There's a difference between these forms of adaptation, however. Most importantly in terms of this thread, the advancement of medical science doesn't require any particular action on the part of any one individual. Science will (or won't if it somehow proves impossible) eventually develop a completely effective treatment regardless of whether or not Captain Jumper bounces.

While I disagree, ultimately it's a moot point. It doesn't really matter how it happens or who causes it. All that really matters is what comes of human endeavors, whether it be adapting naturally, forcefully altering our biology, or pure luck. That's actually my entire point; The means never matters, just the end.
