You are certainly free to have your opinions, but if you were a
knowledgeable fan, you would understand that there are 7 officials out
there, and you would not attribute all errors to the Referee. The face
mask, for example, is no where near anything I'm looking at or supposed
to be looking at when it happened.

It's popular right now to pile on Hochuli, because I blew the San Diego
call. And there is certainly no requirement that anyone have any real
knowledge of officiating in order to have an opinion. Fortunately, the
NFL and my boss don't agree with you. You are free to have your own
opinions, and since you took the time to write me, I figured I owed you
the time to respond.

Everyone needs to get off Hocholi's dick and discipline your team who has to interfere with a receiver even when he's in double covereage. That PI call toward the end was sad, i'd be ashamed if I was the secondary coach.

What's pityful is that anytime there's a missed call (and there's fifty in every game), Hochuli will take the heat.

I've never seen a season as great as this one - the two undefeated teams don't have the flash/big names that, say, Brady and the Patriots had last year -- upsets everywhere, and Monday Nights have been AMAZING.

This game, while less impactful than the Dallas-Philly game, was just a tad less exciting. So far, between this and the DAL-PHI MNF, I think millions of FFL games were won and lost with lead changes. I won by three points in my money league, after almost blowing a 33 point lead (AD + 33 v. Visanthe Shiancoe and Reggie Bush).

I don't understand the hate really, Hocholi is hands down one of if not the BEST ref in the entire league and has been for many years. That Broncos and lolchargers game threw him off it seems. Getting reprimanded, marked down etc.. kind of fucked him up this season.

I hate that Norv and others cant seem to get off of his back, I know they missed a face mask but so do lots of refs. The real issue is the Saint secondary needs to learn to knock the ball out of the air as opposed to letting Berrian burn them TWICE on one drive. He is catching a lot of unwarranted heat as of late, I wish everyone would get off of his dick also.

That Cowboys Bengals game had a missed face mask by Dallas, I see no outrage despite the Bengals loss. Hocholi is nothing but a scapegoat now for whatever team's ineptitude that particular game. Thanks Norv, Hope you get fired again!

hochuli is garbage, the only reason people know him from other refs is cuz of his biceps. i prefer the tiny brother with the high pitched voice and lisp. hes the best ref in the game. lisp > biceps

The Booker catch was out of this world but I like Wayne's just a tad better considering the way he managed to create an optical illusion with his feet. It sooooo looks like he only had one foot in when you watch it at regular speed.

Wow, the Cowboys are in trouble with their DBs. Terrance Newman got a sports hernia and might need surgery, and Pacman Jones got into a fight with his bodyguard that might get him suspended.

CBS 11 News has exclusive information involving a Dallas Cowboy with a troubled past. Sources confirm to CBS 11 that Adam 'Pacman' Jones was involved in a violent scuffle. The investigation surrounds what happened inside a Dallas hotel overnight.


Jones was banned from the NFL for at least a year because of conduct unbecoming a player. He sat on the sidelines only to come back with the Dallas Cowboys under the assurance and the hope that he would not be involved in any conduct that would be deemed illegal or creating an embarrassment to the league.


The question now is – what happened inside the Joule Hotel? Hotel management wouldn't talk to CBS 11 News and offered no comment regarding the incident. However CBS 11 Sources say there was a violent confrontation, involving Jones, at the hotel Tuesday night.


Sources say police were called after Jones argued with one of his own bodyguards. By the time police arrived he was headed back inside the hotel and patrons could clearly hear a fight going on in the bathroom.


That fight was allegedly between 'Pacman' Jones and a member of his security detail. Security inside the hotel allegedly pulled the two apart. At least one mirror was broken in the confrontation.


Sources say Jones went outside and left the hotel without paying his tab. He was reportedly with a woman who drove the two away from the scene.


There was no police report filed regarding the incident. In a statement, Dallas Cowboys Spokesperson Rich Dalrymple said in part, "The organization has no information regarding the incident involving Adam Jones, therefore they had no comment."

Yeah. There's got to be at least common ground that one man may not attack another man while using a fucking urinal. Also there's no evidence, but he could have been intoxicated. I think it's ironic that he seemingly attacked the guys that are supposed to protect him.
