Can these GPU play FFXI?

I've noticed even the high-end graphics cards on desktops can't play Final Fantasy XI for some weird reason and I have no idea what my GPU falls under. It's a ATI Mobility Radeon 3470 HD with 256MB GDDR3, and the Intel GMA 4500MHD(Hybrid Graphics System(Switchable graphics)). Is FFXI playable on either... even if i have to do something to get it work? i'll be on windows XP

I use this website to check if my PC/Laptop can run a specific game, you should try it and see. Sorry i cant give you a straight answer since I dont know to much about Vid cards.
