Zhero, your psychology questions are invalid predictors of future performance.
You're asking open-ended questions that leave too much to individual interpretation; there is no basis for a metric by which you can evaluate whether someone would be skilled or unskilled, a good cultural fit or a bad cultural fit.
It's like going into an interview for the position of McDonald's manager and being asked "what is your favorite NFL team?" as the primary indicator of whether you would be a good manager or not.
(Of course, if the person's a Raiders fan, then... >.>; lol)
Your LS is only going to be as good as the members you can recruit, and I'm sure that your application has prevented solid members from applying/joining. If you insist on subjecting applicants to a battery of psychological questions, I suggest you get something better than these cubes and flowers questions.
