Haven't seen anyone mention it, wondering if it is happening to anyone else...

Just got the game this afternoon, have died sooo much already, but whatever. What I am noticing now is that the 'online' notes, bloodstains, and ghosts of other players last for about 10-15 mins then no more. Reading quite a few people have this problem (on GameFAQS) and that quitting, and loading new game fixes it... for another 10-15 minutes.

I really like the notes, the creepiness of ghosts of other players, as well as the bloodstain death flashbacks... and so this is really kinda bumming me out here. A big part of the game is not working so well. Wired PS3, and I am not getting signed out or losing my internets, just seem to be gettng signed out of the Demon's Souls servers and that is it.

SUCKY. Especially because that seems to imply that i won't be raidable, and cannot co-op, etc. I am being forced into an offline game and it sucks. Wish i had any idea what is causing it, or how to fix it.

But yeah, anyone else?

I'm on wireless and it hasn't happened. Hopefully they will fix the issue soon.

On another note I just beat the dragon god. Easiest boss so far with a few healing items to spam if you get flame breathed.

Yeah I think it was meant to be more of a scripted battle for the story line. Easiest boss I have faced so far is the Adjudicator on 4-1

I know they said the blood stains arent permanent unless their highly rated by other users, so they dont last too long unless they get rated, their meant to disappear after a certain amount of time, but these issues I wasnt aware of personally.

If anyone wants to help me on 1-2 id love you forever. I cant get passed the run across the wall because of the Blue Knights right after you run from the dragon.

My flag or w/e is up right now at the start of 1-2. I'm trying to get the black world tendency for 1-1 so I'm getting my body and killing myself over and over.

Also how hard is Miralda for the 1-1 black tendency thing? What level do I need to be to win?

Look for blue messages on the ground, you use those to invite people.

I'm fairly certain you can't be summoned on 1-1 on your first playthrough, conditions for summoner is that they must be in body form and have not beaten the boss for the stage they are on. Try 4-1 or 3-1. People always invading and summoning there.

lol I love being invaded, I haven't died yet. The last guy gave me 5k souls, it was hilarious. He was charging at me and I just switched my axe to 2 hands and charged at him with a running slash killing him in 2 blows.

No kidding... feels so very much like something is missing. Surely because there IS something missing.

Yeah, I realize that the Stains and Notes aren't permanent per se, but yeah, i get about 5-10 mins of seeing them in a level (only done 1-1 and 2-1 so far) and then they are gone. Other than the fact that it just seems empty, i know that i have lost connect to their servers because the Select Button no longer brings up the option to Write Messages.

If i quit, load save, they are back for a short while but soon gone again. So far 2 pages of similar stories on the official forums. I hope that it is something on their end that is fixable. I would open ports, but have no idea which would be needed. With my new router I am now NAT 2 and so i doubt that is the issue either. =(

Loving Hunter though, especially in 2-1. I am sure a piercing weapon other than bow would save me some monies at this point however.

I have only played a few hours today but I was invaded 9 times. It didn't bother me but I can see it getting irritating in the future. The last guy I fought was a 20 min fight. He was harder than any boss lol I still haven't lost to one of them yet though.

If it bothers you, suicide (and lose your body form) in the Nexus. Deaths (with your body) inside worlds will effect your world tendency, but outside, has no effect.

I've only lost once, because someone had this huge ass fucking sword that overwhelmed me and sent me to the ground with half my HP gone.

It hasn't yet but I never thought about that as a solution so I'll keep that in mind. Thanks
Most of them were complete pushovers. It was just the last guy that was pretty damn tough. I wonder how the Dragon bone smasher would do in those fights.

God Miralda fucked my shit up. I guess she isnt Miralda the executioner for nothing. Each hit she landed on me took like 90% of my full hp bar and just blocking her took my stamina down to half.

I'm actually feeling bad getting invaded now. If I'm near the archstone I can tell they are coming by seeing the light fade from it and I hid behind it waiting for one to pop up. When they did I stabbed them a few times in the back and they died.
