God I love this game, I've already had 2-3 "Fuck this game!" moments and I still haven't finished 1-1 yet lol.

Yeah, same here. Royal is so easy it almost takes the fun out of the game honestly.

I spent around an hour or so last night getting to the Flamelurker to die at the lava part because I was careless, when one of the blob things knocked me into the lava, had only 45k souls but it was late and I didn't care about going back for it

I don't know if you knew this or not, but your souls will still be there when you re-boot the game again.

One of my friends said it and I agree, this game gives me a feeling that I haven't had in a long time when playing a video game.

I think I died the most on the Dragon God boss. Then on the last try I figured out he was really easy and completed it without getting hit.

That leads me to a question IC, that I will have to test if no one knows. If you die, and then quit + shutdown after you are put back at the archstone at the beginning of the level... will you be able to retrieve your bloodstain when you turn on the PS3 the next time?

I know that mobs stay dead, but just curious if your bloodstain is still there even if you shutdown, as long as you don't die again.

EDIT: Damn you Arnwolf XD. Thanks for the answer though =P

I also feel this way really.

Although I wonder just how overpowered temple knights are. I think I've died maybe 10 or 11 times total so far.I've been having tons of fun making all the cool unique weapons. Meat cleaver is so damn cool but I need more faith to use it effectively. And now I have a scraping spear just for invaders.

Oh yeah I got invaded twice yesterday. Both had some pretty savage gear and even in my default equipment I made short work of them.

I'm still using the default thief armor and a regular Dagger +7.

I won't be able to use anything different probably since my Blacksmith Ed and the guy who sells shards of sharpstone have both disappeared mysteriously.

I thought they were killed by invaders, but after my first real invasion I realized it pops up a messages saying you've been invaded. That had never happened before and the NPCs still disappeared.

I read about that glitch on some other forum. I have no idea what causes it but you're not the only one it has happened to.

Anyone know if you fight king doran and get the sword but don't kill him if he will be there later to kill? I don't want to shift the tendancy of that area to black just yet but I will if I have to.

Usually they appear just once, if you fight him and don't kill him he's probably gone. But if you fight him and lose he won't disappear, just if you beat them.

I haven't did him yet so I can't be certain though.

Just fought the spider boss. What a piece of shit place to fight it lol. I dunno how but I beat it without dying. Summoned two dudes, one died in like the first 3 mins. The other trooped on through with me til the end.

lol I soloed him without magic or without a ranged weapon. It was such a rough fight lol, I did the entire thing with my battle axe.

What level are you? I just want to know because I want to try him soon, and I want to see if its worth the time. I'm only level 52.
