I haven't tried Co-op at all yet but mostly because I haven't been in the mood. I know people who did it as soon as they could though.
On another note, apparently you can't get invaded once you've finished an area completely. I had some strange issues with 4 not staying on pure white when I got it there. I never died there or did anything bad but Satsuki would disappear when I'd start up the game again. Even with all the boss kills I still never got pure white again there.

If you use the blue-eye stone to offer be summoned as a blue phantom in 3-x (yes it works everywhere in Latria) it can happen that you get summoned by the Old Monk to be the boss opponent when a player in your level range triggered the old monk cut-scene. To be summoned by the Old Guy in the Yellow Sheet you can either use a blue-eye stone or black-eye stone. The best way I personally found, is to put your blue-eye stone in 3-1 right behind the first locked gate right from A.S. (in other words, put down your blue stone mark in a place a host is not likely to see it and summon you, so your mark is there as long as possible). Or you can force yourself into the old monk's position by using black-eye stone in 3-3. Becoming the Old Monk lies under the same rules as forcing yourself into a game as a black phantom (except that you get a boss-worthy life bar) which means that your player enemy has to be in body form and near your level. So if your level isn't average for the area (too high/low) you probably wont get summoned.

I started invading 1-2 to try and shift my WT to black after I beat 2-1 or 2-2 (I can't remember). The invading can be pretty fun though I've had it backfire like invading a world with a guy and two blue phantoms. I've done the blue phantom thing too as a means to up my WT to white in 2-x. Co-op is really fun when the people playing have a clue about the level or boss, makes things so much smoother.
Was the boss of 5-1 meant to be a pushover? I just stood at the spot I entered and spammed fire arrows with my lava bow till he died.
Great game btw, but does anyone know how to get the items near the dragon swining its tail? I remember when i went after the shield i got hit and i died in one hit. Would i be able to survive it with... what a higher level? Better armor? Shielding while running at it?
you can kill it in 1-2
Take off all your armor. You'll run faster and you die in one hit if you mess up anyway. Move close, until the dragon lifts it's tail in the air. Run backwards quickly. Once it swings, run in, grab the ring, and run out again. You'll have just enough time.
And yeah, you can kill it in 1-4, but do this if you want the ring earlier![]()
When I went back after killing the dragon in 1-2, the blue dragon wasn't there >.>;
Oh so i can kill the dragons and they won't be in my way? The red dragon (and it would be awesome if he weren't there belching at me) i can kill by getting a top one of the towers around 1-2? I just use arrows and soul arrow and peck at its hp slowly? As for the blue dragon, where do i kill him and rid myself of his douchebaggery?
edit: blue dragon is 1-4 if i'm reading correctly
This guy is pking some people and it's funny to see how many retards he kills. Some are not aware of their surrounds and die to a trap sometimes.

Like I said, blue wasn't there for me immediately after 1-2. Still haven't done 1-4 yet. May have something to do with World Tendancy or something.
If you have pure white tendency, the dragons won't be there. And yes, if you kill them, they won't be there either.
Fucking dragons.pure white tendency
Just did this myself and

Also that music change in the nexus happens after you kill a certain amount of bosses. I had that music before I even started 5-1 so its not caused by that.
