After a five day break, the Bruins offense exploded this weekend. Their defense more or less imploded. They still managed to pick up wins both nights, and are now 5-1-1 in their last seven. Hopefully they've truly turned things around just in time for the playoffs.

Canucks won a huge one tonight. Bieksa got drilled in that fight but the team played awesome. If this is a preview of the playoffs it's going to be a great series.

My personal Predictions.

Rangers, i was scared for them at first but with how they destroyed the Devils, i am not that much scared anymore.

Habs : Their season is playing this week, they playing Blackhawks Islanders and Leafs.

If they wanna do the playoffs. they need at least 4 pts on 6 in my opinion.

Panthers. They could do it, they are pretty tired but if Anderson keep it up they could squeeze in.

Buffalo. All their hopes reside on Miller, if miller fails Buffalo is out.

Miller isn't that great really. He never comes up clutch like Biron or Hasek did. It really depends on if the Sabres actually put some fucking effort into the game. It's like they've been skating with 50lb skates until 5 mins left in the 3rd period.

Miller has stolen a few. He's played lights out in playoff games before. More clutch than Biron I'd say.

That being said. He is also a total headcase. Sometimes when he lets in that first goal he can't move past that and opens up the floodgates. The guy is a total Jekyll and Hyde.

HUGE win for the Jackets last night, we really needed it after losing the home and home with St. Louis. If we win again tonight we can clinch a playoff berth as early as Saturday, Sunday is a more likely scenario though.

pens and devils game...I'm raging so bad right now... ok fine the devils are playing horribly, however the calls are outright bullshit. I'm positive the score would be at least 1-3, if not 2-3 or who knows, so many missed or over critical calls towards the pens.


edit- and now third period ref made what seems like some kind of a makeup call on crosby for roughing when he tripped and landed on brodeur, awesome officiating.

Monster of a game tomorrow night, Rangers Vs. Canes.

I'm all of the belief of you just need to get into the playoffs, and personally I'd welcome a first round matchup with the Bruins or Devils over Pens or Caps, but my boys really need to solidify their spot before looking at matchups.

There's only 2 Rangers home games left, I know I'm missing one (Montreal) and if I miss the Flyers game and I'm done for the year...I have no clue what I'll do.

Back in the late 90's when Vancouver sucked real bad I followed Buffalo because Hasek was god in goal. He really was awesome to watch. That one year when Buffalo went all the way and got fucked by the refs for the Cup was still one of my favorite cup runs, even though it ended in complete bullshit.

I'm hoping this year will be good for Vancouver and I'll have a new play off memory. :D

The officiating for the Pens/Devils game was horrid all around. Eaton should have had a high sticking penalty when he plunked Gionta(I think it was him) in the nugget. David Martin should have gotten a penalty for shuffling a broken stick at Malkin while he had control of the puck behind Brodeur. Ugly game for the refs. Good game for the Pens though.

Was Parise, actually but yea, pens def played better but refs made it an even worse loss for the devils.
I kinda laughed when sutter got called, even though I totally think he was in the right flipping out, I always love watching coaches flip.
