LETS GO RANGERS!!!
Fuck you hahahahaha
I thought on the drive home about how all the Flyers fans are gonna use Crosby's goal as an excuse for their loss. You guys got OWNED by our goaltender. You FAILED on the power play, which you had 3 more of then us (including all the PPs in the 3rd) - 4 if you count that one of ours in the 1st period was only 8 seconds long, so don't whine about the refs. You guys got beat fair and square, suck MY dick. 3-1 loser. Fuck you. Richards' handicap gonna get some nice work this summer at the links.

Honestly on Crosby's goal half the time it's going to count and half it's going to be waived off. It's just going to depend on who is wearing the stripes that game. I personally don't have an issue with the goal. It was iffy, but in the end there was enough contact between him and the d for them to think he was pushed in.
Fleury played brilliantly and he is the reason why the Pens won that game. If he wasn't on the top of his game last night the Pens lose. It wasn't that Philly played poorly, their offense was hustling and had a ton of opportunities. Fleury just stood on his head all day. My buddy is a Philly fan and I remember last year he summed it up perfectly. Philadelphia will never win in the playoffs with Biron in net. I don't know if it's a mental block with him or if he just isn't the type who is a clutch player. Either way I'm starting to agree with his assessment.
I expect the next game is going to be off the hook physical. And you can complain about the Crosby goal because I would be doing the same if Carter did the same to Fleury. But in the end the Flyers ended up with what 8 penalties? Kind of hard to say the league is sucking the Pens/Crosby's dick when the Flyers had the game gift wrapped with that many penalties.
Get your pens goggles off, Sepu
the first game, Letang pushed hartnell in and then waved his hands wondering why his goalie was contacted, and he (hartnell) still got a penalty.
No one fucking touched Crosby, he went feet first into the goalie which resulted in the puck going in.
suck your dick for what? you fucking thought Eaton was as good as Timonen. yet not one player had his sights set on Eaton. hes not worth the time of day. you should get the shit out of your ears. the announcers have talked more about Timonen than they have Gonchar.
seriously, i dont recall anyone saying "Fuck you" to you after you got spanked ingame 3, so grow the fuck up you bandwagon jumping dumb piece of shit.
your precious band of princesses got outplayed and outworked. Fleury kept them inthe game. but you're obviously too retarded to see that. all you saw was that you won the game. you think your team is so good when 1 player won it for you. and yes, Fleury was the only reason you won.
Brill, there was no contact at ALL from the D. Crosby went in, lost an edge and slid in, untouched.
I didnt hear one peep out of you Sepuku after we lit you fags up. so go eat a bag of dicks. and not one of us talked shit to you about it. if you thought about how people would use Crosby's goal as an excuse, then you obviously thought it was a trivial goal. so gj proving my point for me.
its clear you're just an ignorant Pittsburgh fan. not a hockey fan.
You got dead quiet after going down 2-0, too, yourself there Abraxas. I know Fleury beat your sorry ass. Its why I say you got owned by him and posted a big picture of him. But hey keep foaming at the mouth with rage, you're playing right into my hands, I'm getting a kick out of antagonizing you.
I love this fucking sport hahaha
yea... cause i didnt even watch game 2? ever think of that? the replays spoke for themselves anyway. no need to reiterate how pathetic Orpiks flop was.
but my point remains. no one said a word to you after you got smoked in game 3. at least Brill can understand that Fleury saved the game for you, after a pathetic showing by your team.
and i dont play hockey anymore, so no one beat my ass.
idk why you have to reiterate the Fluery won the game for you. in case you didnt guess, i actually watched the game. and my initial post following the game did not refute that, nore the fact we lost the game. it was about Crosby's goal being a terrible missed call.
so before you whip out the "fuck you"'s and "suck my dick"'s, you should actually read the point i was trying to make. but you're too much of a fairweather fan to do that.
To be honest, if you watch the replay on the Crosby goal carefully, the puck went in off his stick just before he hit the goalie. It's hard to see, but they were pointing it out on VS last night.
From the NHL's Situation blog, the NHL seems to substantiate what Arnwulf says:
"Video Review - Pittsburgh at Philadelphia - 3:19 of the second period
04.21.2009 / 08:19 PM ET
Play was reviewed to determine if the puck was batted in by the glove of Pittsburgh forward Sidney Crosby... the review determined that the puck went off of Crosby's stick, then his body, there was no batting motion - call on the ice for good goal stands. "
For once Versus did something right xD
it clearly hit stick, but it was his glove/arm/torso that made the puck cross the line. the puck didnt go in the net, though, until he slid into the goalie. Biron was literally in the net.
if he didnt make contact with the goalie, it would be a good goal. the only thing about it that should have gotten it waved off was the fact there was contact
I don't see what all the fuss is about, whoever wins this series will eventually lose to Boston, if not Detroit in the finals.
jesus christ. learn2read
no one said it was batted or kicked in. its the fact that he slides into the goalie, pushing him in the net, which made the puck cross the line.
i didnt see the NJ/CAR game, but apparently Brodeur was interfered with as well. like that guy said, it didnt necessarily have to be a penalty, but the goal should be disallowed for not allowing the goaltender to make the save.
the fact crosby lost an edge does not constitute a penalty (because he didnt intentionally cause contact), however, if it hinders the goalie's attempt to stop the puck, the goal should not be allowed.
while it wasnt in the NHL, i was a ref for hockey for awhile. so i kinda had to know all these rules....
See my above post where I address your concerns for Goalie Interference, not talking about a kicking motion or anything ^^^^^
Anyways, in other news, hey Abraxas, who turned the puck over at the point that led to the Penguins first goal?
