Holy cow, this game is a big disappointment. I was really hoping this would be an epic game. At least it makes Vancouvers defeat slightly more palatable to me. Time to watch Lost. :/

If this was BOS-CAR or VAN-CHI I would be disappointed that this is how its turning out, but as a Pens fan, I'm on cloud nine along with all my other Pittsburghians it seems; exchanging texts like "Lets go for double digits", etc etc.

Game's not TOTALLY out of reach, I mean, 4 goals in 20 minutes... it can happen, but when we scored #5 I thought back to a year or so ago BOS-MTL when they came back down from 5 to win and I thought about how they said only like 4 teams have ever done that in NHL history.

Ducks and Bruins winning would totally make the NHL Confrence finals awesome.

Speaking of spamming my post count, I'm reminded of a humorous story that I must tell now before it's too late.

Earlier in the season, when the Caps were rolling and my main man Jose Theodore was merely swiss cheese and not a fucking sieve, the boys (and by "boys" I mean "I") had a special cheer every time he made a big save:

Thats all the local broadcast is talking about. They keep pointing out every time he misses the net, repeating the quote after both Crosby goals, saying how they'll spend all summer trying to clear Semin's black scuffs from the boards and glass, calling him repeatedly "a pain in the glass." hahahaha

We just straight up hate the Flyers, way more than Washington, but Washington - not just Semin, but AO as well - ran their mouths at multiple points through the season, so this feels just as good as the Flyers series.

Horrible game to finish out what was an absolutely superb series. Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled the Penguins won, but it almost seemed like the Caps never came back from Pittsburgh. They just didn't show up. At all. It was almost painful to watch them play tonight. They were just lifeless. Nothing there. Sorry Virtue, that's a fucking hard way to end it. Let's go Pens! Now time to watch all the dejected Caps fans on Yahoosports yell that Ovie is better because he had more goals. I don't even contribute to that shit, I just read it because you have the biggest fucking moron fans for both teams arguing. Hilarity ensues.

The disappointing game seven of the Pens-Caps series after six memorable and competitive games reminds me of what recently happened in the Bulls-Celtics series in the NBA. I was kinda glad the game was decided quickly because I wanted to be able to pay attention to the Lost season finale while doing Salvage as RDM.

I am hoping that either Bruins-Hurricanes or Red Wings-Ducks turn out to be a close game. I am glad the Capitals did not advance because I hate Jose Theodore! I hope the Red Wings do not win this year because of Hossa.

I want Boston, I'm kind of scared of Carolina for some reason. Staal does play better against brothers, though, and I guess that would be fun to watch, but I still want Boston. We lost to them in close back-to-back games when we were going through our terrible streak, I think we can put them away in six at the most. Thomas is about as sketchy as Fleury, in my opinion.
