Must Have PS3 Games

Currently I have 2 PS3 games, of which I havent played in a month.

I'm looking for games out now, and coming out this year (yes I know Little Big Planet already).

This includes downloadable games. Thanks!

I've only got 5 disc titles so far myself, but of those I'd say MGS4, Uncharted, and (multi-platform) Orange Box are must-haves.

Seriously, if you like multi player and fast-paced action, give Warhawk a chance. Man, I'm rusty atm since I haven't played in a while, damn you school! R2 will be released soon too.

Adding to what Meteora said, I also like Ratchet & Clank Future and Heavenly Sword, but it's mostly taste.

Oh and Resistance 2 is coming out soon and should be a pretty solid title.

Depends on your tastes, but definitely LBP. If you're into RPGs and you didn't play Eternal Sonata on the 360 (maybe even if you did), I'd pick it up for the PS3. Disgaea 3 is a good option if you're into SRPGs with insane replay value. Armored Core: For Answer and Soul Calibur IV are good too.

Well I have 360 and wii as well, and typically buy games for 360... but I need some more ps3 games so it actually gets used and isnt a paperweight.

Currently have MGS4 and DMC4. Games don't have to be exclusives, if it's better on ps3 than another console, or just a great game in general and I haven't played it, I'd be interested.

I'm into pretty much all game types though.

I gamefly'd AC:For Answer for 360, I'll check out Disgaea and Eternal Sonata. I was told Heavenly Sword was kinda shortlived. Ratchet and Clank is fun? Never played one of those games but if it's fun I'll check it out. I've been thinking about Uncharted and Warhawk, was debating downloading warhawk.

BTW will any USB headset work on ps3? I don't want to pick up another one...

Oh and lol didnt know orange box was available for ps3. Get.

Ratchet and Clank was quite fun if you like platformers. Only game in the series I've played but I quite enjoyed it. Eternal Sonata was a great RPG so you should pick that up when it comes out. Uncharted was.. okay, I didn't really enjoy it and I have no idea why, but everyone loves it so it must just be me. And from what I've heard Orange Box is buggy on the PS3, so pick that up on the 360 if your PC can't run it. If it can there's not really any reason to buy it for your console.

Yeah I can run it on PC plus I'm buying a new PC in a week or 2 after a few more opinions are made in the tech support thread about parts, so it'll be for pc if I get... Although with COD4, I did buy it for both 360 and PC, might do the same here.

Ratchet is definitely fun if you like platformers.
Heavenly Sword is pretty short, 6-8 hours, but it's definitely worth renting. I wouldn't buy it though unless get a good deal on it. It might be fun to replay, I got bored after the 2nd playthrough.

I loved uncharted personaly, its one of the game that sold me the PS3, rathcet and clank was fun as well. As far as Eternak Sonata goes I've just played the demo so far and that was fun, it'll be in stores the 22nd in the US and like I said in a prior post Resistance 2 will be out nov 5th.

I really enjoyed Pixel Junk Monsters and Echodrome. I would recommend downloading those, also Mortal Kombat II is a lot of fun. I still play that with my friends online.

Wipeout just came out, it seems like an awesome deal for only $20 so far.

Warhawk I don't know about, if they've added a lot of stuff then it might be worth it. It had no depth when it first came out. Might be worth checking into.

I've heard good things about both the Pixeljunk series (Racers and Eden) and Wipeout game recently, though I can't say I personally played them.

Having to play 2 characters with practically the identical storyline is not my idea of fun. I reached chapter 5 with both of them and got to this weird dungeon that just never seems to end, got pissed off and stopped playing.

I might give it a shot eventually, but that just really ticked me off.
