Hello everyone! We are excited to have you joining us for Beta Testing Weekend! We can’t wait to get you all into the test. If you have not yet downloaded the game client, please visit www.swtor.com/tester to begin your download.

We will be letting in testers in two major ‘waves’ to help us to simulate our Early Game Access plans. The first wave will be allowed access from Friday, November 25th at 10:00AM CST (4:00PM London, 5:00PM Paris/Berlin). This wave will contain the majority of our projected total number of testers for this weekend.

The second wave will contain all of our remaining testers for this weekend, and will be allowed access from Saturday, November 26th at 10:00AM CST (4:00PM London, 5:00PM Paris/Berlin).

If you are testing the game this weekend, before your access begins, you will find your ‘Play’ button is inactive on the launcher (also known as ‘grayed out’). This is not an error. After your access begins, you will be able to enter the game client via the launcher as normal.

To our existing testers: at 10:00AM CST on Friday 11/25, you will notice several new servers appear in server selection for the weekend test to accommodate all our weekend testers. You are welcome to create characters on these new servers, but please note that they will only be available for the duration of the weekend test, which ends on 11/27 at 11:59PM CST (11/28 5:59 London, 6:59 Paris/Berlin).

All testers share forums at this time, so please welcome our weekend testers, who will be active in these forums for the duration of the weekend test!

Got in on the 25th at 10am. Have to work until 2 though, so I hope I don't have to wait in queue forever. Unless the queue is only for first character creation, then I shouldn't have a problem.

is it giving you the rsvp loop? think if that happens its counted for signing up even though you don't go anywhere.

When I try to login via launcher it just says go to said site url to finalize it and it brings up nothing.

Sounds like its the same message i got, you just click on it and it brings you to the website to set up security questions, then you can patch the client.

Same here got the email saying I'm ready to log in on Friday at 10 a.m. CST. Everything is up to date as far as downloading goes. Neat how the end of the message says "May the Force be with me." Oh George... you just know how to get to people's hearts.
