There's tier 1 armor vendors on the Republic Fleet/Empire equivelent. Just go up to them (Tionese Armor is one of them) and just dressing room them. Not sure if there are any pics up but if there aren't, I'll take pictures when the servers come up. IMO, the Jedi Knight and Consular tier 1 armor sets look great while the trooper looks "OK".

So any of you guys got some sort of VOIP? If you're using vent, how do you get it to work? I'm having to resort to Google Chat to get this thing working.

Also, Rakata gear is fugly as hell for Empire side, with the exception of Operative. Is it any different for Republics?

When I have it set up for push to talk, one of two problems occur: either pushing it in game doesn't do anything, or pushing it outside of the game causes the vent to be continually on, thus entirely defeating the purpose of ptt. Is there any way to fix this, or am I SOL? I'm playing in windowed mode if it matters.

Try a different key binding first. I remember having the same issue with FFXI.

Was having issues with mumble last night; run as administrator and it should work

I tried ` key, left shift, right shift, del key, ins key. Probably should change it to middle mouse key?

This usually fixed it for me...... gotta run vent as admin to be able to push-to-talk while running it in the background

I'm thinking of rerolling as a bounty hunter - I really need to get the fuck off of Mind Trick, any advice on PvP? I know it can't be too different from Trooper.
